DUPLICATE TEST REPORT /
ADDITIONAL LANGUAGE VERSION

Within 30 days of the original test report being issued, a duplicate or an additional language version can be provided for an additional fee. The sample name cannot be changed after the original report has been issued. Any changes requested after the report has been issued, other than corrections of errors made by the laboratory, also require a paid duplicate report.

OTHER TESTS / EXPRESS TESTING

On request, we can measure oil density and report analytical results by volume. By default, results are reported as mass percentages [% (m/m)]. Express testing (express48) is also available for cannabinoid analyses, with results provided within 48 hours of both payment and sample receipt, counting working days only. This service carries a surcharge of 50% of the package price.

 

THE TESTING PROCESS

Once your sample is registered at the laboratory, we begin processing your order in accordance with the completed test request form submitted with the sample(s). A pro forma invoice is sent on the same day. From this point, the order cannot be cancelled..

 Once payment has been received, the sample is analysed and the test report is sent by email within 5 working days for STANDARD service or within 48 hours for EXPRESS service. If requested on the test request form, the report can also be sent by post.
