When the sample is registered in the laboratory, the process of performing the analyzes according to the order (delivered with the sample (s) on the analysis order form) begins. A pro-forma invoice is sent on the same day. From that moment on, the order cannot be canceled.
After the payment is posted, the sample is analyzed and within 5 working days (STANDARD mode) or 48 hours for the EXPRESS service, the test report is sent by e-mail (or by traditional mail if this option is selected on the order).
