2. Or you can also download the order form from the web page and send it fullfilled with samples, after receiving samples we will send you a pro-forma invoice to pay
3. Describe the samples and secure for transport
4. Fill out the form (or print shop order), sign and attach to the package with labelled samples
5. Send the package to: Ekotechlab, Fiszera 14, 80-231 Gdańsk, Poland
6. Requirements for sample quantity: minimum 5 g dried hemp, 5-50 ml oil (depends on analysis type), 20 cm green plants
7. After receiving the parcel, we send the pro-forma invoice – after payment, we send the results (for EXPRESS mode within 48 hours of receiving the sample, excluding weekends, and within 5 working days for STANDARD mode).

Good practice in case of control:

1. Print the order in duplicate and attach your copy to the so-called conciliation sample. Store the complete set after receiving the results and invoice.
2. It is important to accurately describe the samples, i.e. in a way that makes it possible to identify the batch of hemp for which the test was performed
